Cedar Park Elite Concrete is a concrete contractor working in Cedar Park, TX and the surrounding cities of Williamson and Travis County. We have been pouring, repairing and replacing concrete here for more than 20 years, and we pour our own jobs rather than handing them to whoever is available that week.
That last point is not a slogan. The crew that looks at your driveway is the crew that builds it, which is why we are willing to be specific about how a job will be done before anyone signs anything.
Our Approach

Most of what separates a concrete job that lasts from one that does not happens before the truck arrives, and most of it is invisible afterward. We find out what your slab will sit on before we price it, because the ground on this side of the county changes from deep clay to rock close enough to the surface that the excavation becomes the job rather than a line item inside it.
The other half of the work is knowing which rules actually apply. Cedar Park leaves residential driveways and sidewalks permit exempt, and we tell you that up front instead of billing you for a permit the city does not require. A driveway approach is the exception, because it crosses into public right-of-way: the city requires a phase one inspection of the line, grade, forms, reinforcing steel and subgrade before any concrete goes down, and we schedule that inspection and wait for it rather than pouring and hoping nobody asks. Cedar Park publishes no plain driveway detail at all, so we build the crossing to RD-02 or RD-03 as drawn, and we work from the transportation criteria manual the city adopted in June 2026 rather than the City of Austin manual it replaced.
We check whether a lot sits over the Edwards Aquifer contributing or recharge zone before quoting new flatwork, because state approval has to come before the city will issue a site development permit, and we measure the impervious cover already on a property before adding to it. Before a street cut is planned, we tell you whether the pavement is still inside the city moratorium, which runs seven years on a collector or arterial and five on a residential street. Summer pours get scheduled around the temperature of the concrete rather than the air, since the state highway spec starts the discharge clock once the mix itself reaches ninety degrees.
Two more things worth stating plainly. Nearly every slab poured here since the 1990s is post-tensioned, so we locate tendons before we cut, core or anchor anything through one. And Texas issues no state license for a concrete contractor, so the credentials you can actually check are city registration and the fiscal security the right-of-way ordinance requires — ours are current, and we would rather you verify that than take our word for it.
What We Do
We handle concrete repair and leveling, driveways and driveway approaches, patios, pool decks, sidewalks and walkways, slabs and equipment pads, retaining walls, stamped and decorative concrete, and commercial concrete work. When a slab can be lifted or resurfaced rather than replaced, we quote both routes with real numbers and tell you which one your concrete actually needs. Request a free estimate and we will come and look at the ground before we give you a price.
